Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you're paying for

Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed at R149/month (ZAR). It unlocks access to members-only content, dispatches, and resources on uzairtitus.com. This is a digital product — access is granted immediately on payment.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel:

• Your membership remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
• You will not be billed again after that period ends.
• You keep full access to members-only content until your access expires at the end of the period you've already paid for.

There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. To cancel, email us at uzairtitus99@gmail.com (or use the cancellation option in your account, once available).

Refunds

Because membership grants immediate access to digital content, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

However, we want members to feel the value is real. We will consider a refund of your most recent payment if:

• You request it within 7 days of that payment, and
• You have not substantially consumed members-only content during that period.

Refund requests are assessed case by case and granted at our reasonable discretion. We do not refund partial months or earlier billing periods.

To request a refund, email uzairtitus99@gmail.com with the email address on your account and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, your membership access may be paused until payment is resolved. If you believe you've been billed in error, contact us at uzairtitus99@gmail.com before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider — we'll almost always resolve it faster directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
